摘　　要：本文在简要介绍开放存取概念、运行模式的基础上,全面分析其版权管理的特点,并参照国内实例探讨知识产权解决方案,深入研究其发展过程中面临的各种问题及解决对策。On the basis of a brief introduction about the concept and operation modes OT open access, this paper comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of its copyright management, and also interpreted the methods of copyright treatment by taking practical examples in china, tn the end, the author systematically discussed the difficulties and challenges which would be faced in the process of development, and put forward some corresponding solutions.
