摘  要:为阐明表皮生长因子(EGF)对卵巢功能的调节作用,本实验用培养的大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞观察了EGF与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)共同作用对细胞增殖、甾体激素与cAMP生成的影响。结果:EGF可明显抑制hCG刺激的孕酮生成,并呈剂量依赖性,而对hCG刺激的雌二醇生成无影响;EGF对hCG刺激的颗粒细胞cAMP生成具有增强作用,使cAMP生成增加;EGF能刺激颗粒细胞增殖,使3HTdR掺入增加,hCG不影响EGF的这种作用。提示EGF与hCG对卵巢功能的影响既有相互作用,又有各自的作用。  Objective: To examine the effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) on estradiolc (E2) and progesterone (P4) of granulosa cells of rat ovary in vito.Methods: Immature female wistar rats were treated with DES for 4 days and were sacrificed. Their ovaries were taken out and granulosa cells were collected and cultured, with EGF and hCG, separately or in combination.Roesults: The results showed that hCGinduced production of P4 was inhibited by EGF in a dosedependent manner, but the E2 production induced by hCG was not affected by EGF. EGF enhances cAMP production induced by hCG markedly and increases cAMP content. The proliferation of granulosa cell stimulated by EGF was not influenced by hCG. We could conclude from above data that there were interactions between EGF and hCG, and each has its own role on ovarian function, too.
