卵巢囊实性病变的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢囊实性病变不同CT影像表现的定性诊断意义。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的35例卵巢囊实性病变共50个病灶,分别记录病灶大小、囊液密度、囊壁厚度、囊壁强化程度、有无结节、有无分隔、有无钙化及有无腹水,统计分析不同病变各种征象的出现率。结果50个病灶中卵巢脓肿9个,卵巢良性肿瘤8个,卵巢癌14个,巧克力囊肿19个。病灶大小以及病变的囊壁厚度、囊壁强化程度、囊液密度、壁结节、囊内分隔以及有无腹腔积液在各组病变中的发生率差异有显著性,而病变平扫密度和病灶有无钙化各组的发生率差异无显著性。结论不同卵巢囊实性病变的基本CT表现多类似,但对病变的相关征象的观察分析具有一定的定性诊断意义。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of different CT features of ovarian cystic-solid lesions . Methods CT features of ovarian cystic-solid （ 50 lesions ） in 35 cases with histologically proven were retrospectively analyzed . The diameter of lesions , cystic fluid density , cystic wall thickness , the enhancement of cystic wall, mural nodule,septa,ascites and calcification were observed,and the present rates of different CT features were analysed. Results There were 9 ovarian abscesses,8 benign tumors, 14 ovarian malignant tumors and 19 chocolate cysts. There were significant difference from among the size of lesions,thickness of cystic wall,enhancement of the cystic wall,cystic fluid density, mural nodule, septa and ascites, but not from among the density of lesions and calcifications between different types of lesions. Conclusion Different ovarian cystic-solid lesions have similar imaging features. While the analysis of different special imaging features is helpful in the differential diagnosis.
