摘　　要：目的分析腹部Castleman’s病的影像学表现特点,提高对这种少见病的认识。方法回顾性分析10例经病理证实的腹部Castleman’s病的影像学表现特点。结果10例腹部Castleman’s病,位于腹膜后4例,右肾上方2例,胰头旁3例,盆腔1例。病理类型均为局限型、透明血管型。CT表现平扫为均质肿块,增强后强化明显并有延迟,可与腹主动脉同步增强。9例CT及MR增强后病灶边缘强化更明显,呈薄环形影。结论腹部Castleman’s病有一定的特征性影像表现,以MR检查显示更为清晰。Objective To analyse the imaging findings of abdominal Castleman＇s disease so that to improve the recognition of this rare disease. Methods Ten patients with pathologically proved Castleman＇s disease in the abdomen included in this study,CT and MR imaging findings were retrospectively reviewed. Results The lesions localized in retroperitoneum in 4 cases,in upper regions of right kidney in 2 cases,parapancreatic head in 3 cases and pelvis in 1 case. All cases were localized disease and hyaline vascular type on pathology. All lesions appeared as homogeneous dense masses on CT plain scans,and showed marked enhancement after administration of contrast medium, the enhanced attenuations of the lesions were similar to that of aorta. 9 lesions showed the sign of peripheral＂rim-like＂ enhnacement on CT or MR images. Conclusion Abdominal Castleman＇s disease is of certainly imaging characteristics.
