摘　　要：目的探讨Castleman’s病的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析8例经病理证实的Castleman’s病的临床资料和CT表现,并与病理结果进行对比分析。结果病变部位：纵隔5例,颈部3例。临床分型均属于局灶型,病理分型均属于透明血管型。CT表现：CT平扫示病灶均为等密度,3例伴有钙化;增强扫描示病灶均有明显强化。结论Castleman’s病的CT表现与病理类型密切相关,透明血管型病变的CT表现具有特征性。Objective To study the CT findings of Castleman＇s disease and the diagnostic value of CT. Methods Clinical data and CT findings in 8 cases with Castleman＇s disease proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed and compared with that of pathology. Results The locations the lesions were as follows ：in mediastinum （n = 5） and neck （n = 3 ）. The clinical subtypes of the lesions were all localized and solitary type,and the histopathological classifications were all hyaline vascular type. Apart from 2 cases with calcifications, the other ones showed homogeneous attenuation on plain CT. After contrast administration, marked enhancement was showed. Conclusion CT findings were closely correlated with pathological subtypes in Castleman＇s disease. Characteristic features could be revealed in hyaline vascular subtype.
