摘  要:目的对照研究数字乳腺摄影与模拟乳腺摄影在病灶显示上的差别。方法分别将专用的TRM乳腺体模置于传统模拟和数字乳腺钼靶X线机的托盘上,采用固定65 cm的焦片距,根据乳腺体模的厚度确定适当的压力为4磅,分别获得传统模拟与数字乳腺摄影的曝光条件,并获TRM乳腺体模的传统模拟和数字照片。请5位观测者,对获得的传统模拟和数字照片上的乳腺体模影像分别在观片灯上采用“五值法”进行视读,以ROC曲线解析,并分别进行统计处理,以判断有无统计学意义。结果在乳腺模体的传统模拟与数字照片上,视读直径为0.25-0.32 mm的钙化灶,有显著差异;视读直径为0.45-1.35 mm的肿块灶,有显著差异。结论数字乳腺摄影的照片在显示直径为0.25-0.32 mm的钙化灶和直径为0.45-1.35 mm的肿块灶均优于传统模拟乳腺摄影照片。Objective To compare the difference between digital mammography and analog mammography in detection of the lesions. Methods The analog and digital imaging of the TRM model for special use which was placed on the tray of X- ray molybdenum target machine were performed using fixable 65 cm focus-film distance and 4 pounds as the suitable pressure according to the thickness of the TRM model to obtain the exposure conditions which was the same as that of traditional mammography. Five observ ers were invited to view the analog and digital films on film-light box with "five-value method", followed by ROC analysis and statistic processing in order to determine the statistical significance. Results An obvious difference was found from the 0.25-0.32 mm diameter calcified lesions on the digital and analog films of breast models, which was similar to the 0.45- 1.35mm diameter tumor lesions. Conclusion The digital breast films are superior to the traditional analog breast films in displaying the 0.25-0. 32 mm diameter calcified lesions and the 0.45-1.35 mm diameter tumor lesions.
