畲族聚居地区经济发展问题与对策分析

摘　　要：畲族是分布在我国东南沿海山区人口较少的民族之一。建国以后,在党和国家民族政策的支持和帮助下,畲族聚居地区的经济快速发展,生活水平大大提高。但由于历史及现实的原因,畲族聚居地区的经济发展状况与其所在省市的整体发展水平相比,还有很大的差距。加强领导,提高认识,加快人才培养和劳动者素质提高,建立和健全劳动力输出机构服务,大力推进下山移民工程,发展集聚经济,是促进畲族聚居地区经济跨越式发展的现实路径。The She is one of nationalities distributing in south-east coastal China with small population.Since the foundation of our country, with the support and help of the Party and country＇ s ethnic policy , the economy of the She clustering area is developing fast, and their living standard is going up greatly.But because of the historical and present reason,there is a big gap in the economic development between the She clustering area and the other developed areas in Zhejiang. Strengthening the leadship,improving the realization,expediting the human-resource training and laborers＇ quality, setting-up a healthy laborer export service , energetically pushing the immigrartion project from mountains and fostering the centralizing economy are the practical way of boosting the economic astride development in the She clustering area.
