摘 要:采用切片法和显微镜观察对不同混纺比羊绒/羊毛/竹浆纤维/PTT纤维混纺纱纤维分布规律进行分析和比较,并计算得出汉密尔顿转移指数和Onion指数。结果表明:混纺纱中羊绒羊毛纤维都优先向外转移,PTT纤维优先向内转移,竹浆纤维优先向内转移但转移程度较小;Onion指数较大的竹浆纤维较多地集结在纱的表层,混纺纱的外观由混纺比及纤维本身性能共同决定。Regularity of fiber distribution in cashmere/wool/bamboo pulp fiber/PTT blended yarn which has different blending ratio are analyzed and compared through chip and microscope, Hamilton index and Onion index are calculated. The result shows that the cashmere and wool are likely to transfer outside in the blended yarns, while the PTT fiber and the bamboo pulp fiber are likely to transfer inside, and the PTT fiber are more likely to transfer inside than the bamboo pulp fiber; the bamboo pulp fiber which have the largest Onion index gather on the surface layer of the blended yarn, the appearance of the blended yarn are decided by the blended ratio and the nature of fibers.
