摘  要:采用纳米海泡石对涂层用核壳丙烯酸酯胶粘剂进行共混改性,制得海泡石/丙烯酸酯复合乳液。采用热重法(TG)对改性前后胶粘剂的热性能进行了研究,并测试了复合材料粒径分布及涂层性能。结果显示:海泡石用量在3‰以内粉体分散效果较好,能够提高丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的热稳定性,并提高了涂层粘接力,使涂层粘连性提高到1级。The core-shell polyacrylate adhesive used as the coating of the glass fiber mesh is polymerized. Then the nano-sepiolite is blended to the adhesive as modifier. The thermal properties of sepiolite/ polyacrylate nano-composites are studied by thermogravimetry(TG). The particle size distribution and the adhesive property of the coating are studied. It is found that when the dosage of sepiolite less than 3‰, the powder disperses better and more obviously enhances the thermal stability of the adhesive. With the addition of sepiolite, the bond strength increases and the adhesive property is improved to grade I.
