摘　　要：借用数字图像处理技术对男衬衫的缝制外观质量进行检测分析。拍照采集衬衫的样品图像,通过直方图均衡化、中值滤波等技术进行增强去噪处理,再对图像进行阈值分割。分别对单线线迹、双线线迹以及对称性特征设计具体检测算法,并用MATLAB实现了双线线迹的检测。实验表明,该方案可以有效实现男衬衫缝制外观质量的检测。A system configuration is proposed to detect the sewing appearance of man＇s shirt using dig- ital image processing techniques. The collection of the shirt image comes first, then histogram equalization and median filter technology are used for the image enhancement and noises removing, also the segmenta- tion of the image by threshold value is presented; finally, aiming at detecting the single thread, the double thread and the symmetry feature different algorithms are proposed, the double thread is also detected using MATLAB. The experiment shows that the sewing appearance of man＇s shirt can be detected by this pro- portion effectively.
