摘 要:在分析顶杆顶出式有序抛秧机构工作原理的基础上,针对凸轮顶出式有序抛秧机构顶杆行程小、速度低、结构复杂的缺点,根据TRIZ理论的冲突矩阵,选用发明原理28(机械系统的替代)等改进机构,得到差速凸轮式、差速回弹式、杠杆顶出式3种抛秧机构,并对3种机构的优缺点进行分析,列出冲突矩阵,找出对应解决发明原理,对3种机构进行改进,最后得到鼠笼杠杆顶出式有序抛秧机构。经试验验证,该机构是可行的。On the basis of analyzing the working principles of ordered mandril-detrusion rice-seedling throwing device, contraposing the shortcomings of ordered cam-detrusion rice-seedling throwing device, such as short mandril stroke, slow speed and complicated structure, an improved device is developed based on the conflict matrix of TRIZ theory, using contrivance principle 28 (machine system's substitute) and so on. Three kinds of devices are obtained differential speed cam, differential speed rebounding and lever detrusion. By analyzing the strong points & shortcomings of the three kinds of devices, listing the conflict matrix, and finding out the corresponding settling contrivance principles, the devices are improved and a new type of rice-seedling throwing device is achieved with a structure of mouse-cage lever detrusion. The device is proved feasible through experiments.
