摘  要:探讨了教师沟通风格的测量维度及其效果,通过对300名在校大学生进行问卷调查,在SPSS15.0支持下进行因子分析和逐步多元回归分析。结果显示:国内高校大学生可感知的教师沟通风格有7个维度:友好型、关注型、印象深刻型、生动戏剧型、开放型、放松型和支配辩论型;其中,前5种风格积极显著地影响学生的满意度和学习态度。After briefly reviewed the domestic and international literatures for communication style, teacher communication style's dimensions and action effect are discussed. Then, with the demonstration method, three hundred college students are surveyed with a bearer questionnaire, the author adopts factor analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis in SPSS' 15.0 statistical analyses software to deal with the data of the questionnaire. At last, find that, college students perceive teacher communication styles from 7 dimensions: friendly, attentive, open, impression-leaving, animate-dramatic, relaxed and dominant- contentious, among them the first five styles have a positive effect on college students' satisfaction to teachers and learning attitude.
