中药“贞芪扶正颗粒”对胫腓骨骨折的疗效探析

摘　　要：目的：观察中药“贞芪扶正颗粒”对胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法：将98例骨折患者随机分为治疗组50例、对照组48例,治疗组予贞芪扶正颗粒15g/次,3次/日,冲服,伸筋活血消肿合剂30m in/次,1次/日,外熏洗,丹参注射液30mL/次,复方骨肽注射液150mg/次,1次/日,静点。对照组予丹参注射液30mL/次,复方骨肽注射液150mg/次,1次/日,静点;两组均以15天为1个疗程,一般3-4个疗程。在治疗中两组均同时服用维生素类和钙片等西药。按中华人民共和国中医药行业标准（中医骨伤科病证诊断疗效标准）评定疗效。结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为94%、75%,治疗组显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：中药“贞芪扶正颗粒”综合治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效确切显著。Objective： Zhenqi Fuzheng granule effect of the treatment of fracture of the tibia and fibula. Methods ：98 cases of fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in the treatment group ,48 cases in the control group. Treatment group for the salvia miltiorrhiza injection 30mL/times, compound ossotide injection of 150mg/times; ＂Shenjin Huoxue Xiaozhong mixture＂ 30min/times, 1 time/d, and external steam - washing. ＂Zhenqi Fuzheng granule＂ 15g/times,3/d. Control group for the salvia miltiorrhiza injection 30mL/times, compound ossotide injection of 150mg/ times, l time/d ;a course of treatment is 15 days for two groups,the general 3 - 4 courses. At the same time and in use in the treatment of vitamins and calcium and other western medicine. By the pharmaceutical industry standard in the People＇ s Republic of China evaluated. Result： The treatment group and the control group total effectiveness respectively are 94%, 75%, the treatment group is higher than the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：Traditional Chinese medicine ＂Zhenqi Fuzheng granule＂ comprehensive treatment of fractures of the tibia and fibula precise significant.
