加味逍遥散对心理应激性失眠患者焦虑抑郁情绪的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味逍遥散对心理应激性失眠患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:将入选的33例患者随机分为中药组、西药组、中西医结合组和对照组。分别给予加味逍遥散+舒乐安定安慰剂、舒乐安定+加味逍遥散安慰剂、加味逍遥散+舒乐安定、加味逍遥散安慰剂+舒乐安定安慰剂口服。所有入组病人治疗前及治疗6周后均行焦虑抑郁情绪评估(SAS与SDS)。结果:(1)中西医结合组患者治疗后SAS评分明显降低(P<0.05);中药组、西药组和对照组患者治疗后SAS评分在数值上低于治疗前,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)治疗后,4组患者SDS评分均有下降趋势,以中西医结合组患者SDS评分下降最明显,但与治疗前比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味逍遥散联合舒乐安定能明显缓解心理应激性失眠患者的焦虑情绪。Objective：To investigate effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao San on anxiety and depression in patients with psychological stress insomnia. Methods ： A randomized controlled study was conducted in 33 cases with psychological stress insomnia. They were assigned to the TCM group（ treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San） ,the western medicine group（ treated with Estazolam） ,the integrated medicine group（ treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Estazolam）and the control group （treated with placebo of Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Estazolam）. The traits of anxiety and depression of psychological stress insomniacs were observed with Self - Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Results ： （ 1 ） After 6 weeks of treatment, the scores of SAS was decreased significantly in the integrated medicine group（ P 〈 0.05） ,the scores of SAS was no significant difference in TCM, western medicine and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. （2） Trend toward lower scores of SDS was observed in all group（P 〉 0.05） ,but the the scores of SDS was decreased mostly in integrated medicine group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：The integrated medicine can improve anxiety in patients with psychological stress insomnia.
