红袍胃安胶囊对胃液分泌及胃黏膜血流量影响的实验观察

摘　　要：研究观察中药复方制剂"红袍胃安胶囊"对大白鼠胃液分泌、胃液酸度、胃蛋白酶活性、胃黏膜血流量以及胃游离黏液量、胃壁黏液量的影响。结果表明:红袍胃安能显著抑制胃液分泌,降低胃液中总酸排出量;并有抗溃疡、增强胃蛋白酶活性的趋势;显著增加胃壁黏液量和胃游离黏液量,而对胃黏膜血流量影响不明显。To investigated the effect of Hongpaoweian Capsules on gastric secretion, gastric acidity, pepsase activity, gastric mucosal blood flow, the volum of gastric wall mucus and free gastric mucus in rats. The results indicated that Hongpaoweian Capsules can inhibit gastric secretion and decrease gastric acid contents significantly as while as increase of the volum of gastric wall mucus and free gastric mucus markedly. It also has a trend of increasing the pepsase activity, but no influence on the gastric mucosal blood flow.
