内外合治对实验性甲亢大鼠胸腺及脾脏指数变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察内外合治对实验性甲亢大鼠胸腺及脾脏指数变化的影响。方法:用左甲状腺素钠(优甲乐)灌服造成大鼠甲亢模型,观察甲亢方内服与甲亢平膏外贴相结合对模型大鼠胸腺及脾脏指数改变的影响。结果:与模型组相比,内外合治可使甲亢大鼠胸腺及脾脏指数增加(P<0.01)。结论:内外合治可以增强甲亢大鼠的免疫功能。Objective：To observe the effect of external and internal combined therapy （EICT） on thymus and spleen indexs change of experimental hyperthyroid rats. Methods ： Hyperthyroid rats were induced by euthyrox given orally everyday for there weeks. Then the effect of combing hypertbyreosis formula being taken orally with Jiakangping ointment application on model rats was observed. Results ： Compared with model group, EICT was able to increase thymus and spleen indexs （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conculsion ：EICT had the effect of strengthening immune function of hyperthyreosis rats.
