北细辛汉城细辛华细辛不同药用部位的镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:比较北细辛、汉城细辛、华细辛的煎剂、散剂、95%乙醇提取物和挥发油部分镇痛作用。方法:采用醋酸扭体法、热板法观察其镇痛作用。结果:3种细辛的散剂、煎剂、95%乙醇提取物和挥发油部分均能明显降低小鼠的扭体次数,提高小鼠痛阈值。结论:3种细辛的不同提取部位均有止痛作用,从起效量看煎剂<散剂<95%乙醇提取物<挥发油部分;从作用机理上看,扭体法的起效量要小于热板法。Objective：Comparison study for the three different sources of asarum （Kitag,Asarum sieboldii Miq. Var. seoulense Naksi and Asarum sieboldii Miq. ） , powder,95 % ethanol extract of volatile oil and analgesic effect. Methods：Adopt acetic acidtuming body experiment and hot board method inducing pain experiment to observe their synergetic effect. Results：Three asarum the powder,decoction,95% ethanol extract and volatile oil can significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice,the mice increased the pain threshold. Conclusion：Three different sources of asarum have analgesic action. From the onset of view decoction 〈 powder 〈 95% ethanol extract 〈 Volatile oil; From the mechanism, the twisting of the law should be less than the onset of hot plate.
