摘　　要：壳聚糖是一种具独特生物活性的可降解的高分子化合物。近来研究发现,壳聚糖具有多种生理作用,特别是其具有很好的抑菌活性。本文就壳聚糖对细菌生长,细菌黏附及菌斑pH值的影响及其抑菌活性的影响因素等方面作一综述。Chitosan is a unique degradable polymer of biological activity. The recent study found that chitosan had a variety of physiological effects, in particular, having a good antibacterial activity. This article summarized its effects on the growth of bacteria, the adhesion of bacteria and the plaque pH value, also the affecting factors of its antibacterial activity.
