摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死院外急救方法和院外溶栓的疗效,提高冠状动脉再通率。方法回顾分析我院实施院外抢救和溶栓治疗的100例急性心肌梗死患者临床资料。结果85例(85.00%)符合冠脉再通指标,4例(4.00%)死于心力衰竭。结论急性心肌梗死在院外急救同时给与溶栓治疗效果好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the acute myocardial infarction outside the hospital first--aid methods and the efficacy of thrombolytic therapy outside the hospital, improve the rate of coronary recanalization.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital implementation of hospital emergency treatment and 100 cases of thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction clinical data.Results 85 cases（85.00%） in line with the Coronary recanalization indicators, four cases（4.00%） died of heart failure. Conclusion The acute myocardial infarction in--hospital first aid at the same time give the effect of thrombolytic therapy, and worth promoting.
