对小石溪流域生态经济发展的思考

摘　　要：涪陵区小石溪小流域地处城郊,傍依乌江、319国道贯穿腹地。15年来,通过山、水、田、林、路综合治理模式的实施,基础设施、生态环境、水土保持等生态经济建设取得了较好的成绩。但是,与生态经济发展要求还有较大差距,只有进一步强化流域生态经济建设的目标任务,明确流域生态经济建设的重点,实施流域生态经济建设措施,才能稳步推进流域治理进程,实现生态经济效益。Fuling District Xiaoshixi valley located in suburbs,in accordance with the Wujiang River,319 National Road runs through the heart.15 years,through the implementation of the mountains,rivers,fields,forests,road comprehensive management model,infrastructure,ecological environment,soil and water conservation and other ecoeconomic development has achieved fairly good results.However,still has a wide gap to ecological economic development requirements,only further strengthen the objectives and tasks of ecological econom-ic construction,clear focus of economic ecological construction,implementing measures of economic ecological construction,in order to promote the process valley management steadily,achieve ecological and economic benefits.
