益肺汤镇咳免疫作用的药理学研究

摘　　要：目的：观察益肺汤抗炎免疫与化痰镇咳作用。方法：二甲苯、醋酸诱发的急性渗出性炎症；氨水诱发咳嗽；酚红法测定化痰作用；溶血素测定血清抗体。结果：益肺汤高、低剂量组服药7d，对二甲苯诱发的急性炎性肿胀抑制率分别为10．9％、6．9％；对醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性抑制率分别为16．6％（P〈0．05）、8．6％。对氨水引发的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期延长26．6％（P〈0．05）、26．6％（P〈0．05）；咳嗽次数减少15iO％（P〈0．05）、2．7％；气管分泌作用比对照组增加30．0％、21．8％；小鼠溶血素含量，比模型组提高52.0％（P〈0．01）、44．1％（P〈0．01）；小鼠体重、白细胞、胸腺、脾脏分别比模型组提高16．o％、10．8％，55．8％（P〈0．01）、71．2％（P〈0．01），100．7％（P〈0．01）、83．8％（P〈0．01），26．3％（P〈0．05）、47．7％（P〈0．05）。结论：益肺汤有镇咳、化痰、抗炎、增加免疫力作用。Objectiv：To study the effect of yifei formula on anti- inflammatory and immunization, resolving phlegm and cough- remedy. Methods： dimethylbenzene and acetic phenol red excretion test （ resolving phlegm）, hemolysin acid test （ latency of yifei formula treatment group was pMongated（ P 〈 water inducing cough in mice. Antibody content of treatment mice by prednisone cough latency inducing inflammatory, ammonia water inducing cough, antibody）. Results：Compared with control group, cough 0.05）, cough counting decreased（ P 〈 0.05）by ammonia group was increased（ P 〈 0.05） in immune - suppressive acetate. Conclusion： yifei formula can effectively reform lung function, inhibite cough, prolongat cough latency,increase antibody content.
