摘　　要：遵循理论联系实际的原则,对大学生党建运行机制建设问题进行了深入地调查和研究,阐述了大学生党建运行机制基本框架及各组成部分之间的相互关系,并重点论述了大学生党建运行机制建设的策略选择和操作技巧。This paper is a study of the operational mechanism of Party construction in colleges and uni- versities in the spirit of combining the theory with practice. It dwells on the framework of the mecha- nism and the relations between its components, and, in particular, the optional strategies and opera- tional skills.
