中国养老保险制度改革中性别利益的精算分析

摘　　要：养老保险制度存在性别利益问题。基于性别视角分析中国养老保险制度改革对于不同性别的影响。分析表明:改革扩大了两性间的养老金水平差距,削弱了不同性别间的收入再分配效应;养老金账户的缺口依旧存在,女性养老金账户的缺口有所缓解,男性养老金账户的缺口进一步扩大。Gender interests pose an issue for the endowment insurance system. Based on the gender perspective, this paper analyses the influence on the difference gender of China＇s endowment insuranee system reform The analysis shows that the reform will enlarge the gap of pension level and weaken income redistribution effect between men and women. Compared with the old system, the gap problem of pension account exists as before with the gap of female relieved and the gap of male enlarged.
