摘　　要：文章用了3年的时间对零缺陷质量管理在兰州石化企业中的应用进行了探索和实践。在整个质量管理研究过程中,获得了显著的成效:建立了一个高效的管理体系和卓越的质量文化理念;通过全面推进质量管理创新实践活动,公司的质量绩效得到了显著的提升。In this paper, we discussed some new developments on pursuing excellent quality management based on ZD quality culture and system optimization in Lanzhou division of Petrochina for about three years practices. We have got a lot of great progresses in total quality management, we have established a highly effective management system promote the company to stride and brilliant quality culture thoughts, forward towards the new glorious devel which have been acting as catalysts to opments.
