改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术的手术效果及临床应用价值。方法回顾分析148例行腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术患者的临床资料,其中80例(观察组)进行了部分术式改良,68例(对照组)为传统腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术。比较两组术中、术后情况。结果两种术式住院天数无差异,观察组的手术时间、术中失血量和术后阴道出血明显减少,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术安全、可靠、效果好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of improved classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy （ICISH）. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 148 cases, including 68 cases treated with classic intrafascial supraeervical hysterectomy （CISH） and 80 cases with CISH. The conditions of patients during and after operation were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences on length of hospital stay between the two groups. There were statistically significant differences on postoperative vagina bleeding and blood loss between the two groups. Conclusion ICISH is a safe and effective operation. It is worthy of popularization and application.
