摘　　要：目的探讨血浆置换术治疗重型肝炎的护理措施。方法对收治的162例重症肝炎患者进行血浆置换治疗时的护理措施及效果进行评价。结果治疗前后患者临床症状以及实验室指标明显改善。结论制定有效的护理措施、密切观察病情变化,有针对性实施心身护理,是减轻并发症和不良反应的发生、保证重型肝炎患者实行血浆置换术治疗成功的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing policies on the patients with severe hepatitis treating by plasmaphresis method. Methods To evaluate the effects of nursing 162 cases of severe hepatitis treated by plasmaphresis. Results The clinical manifestations and laboratory tests were markedly improved after treatment. Conclution Effective nursing measures, precise observation, and pertinent mental and physical nursing can decease complications and adverse reaction of severe hepatitis.
