摘　　要：本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(240nm),测定了特丁硫磷3%颗粒剂的含量。结果表明,方法的标准偏差为0.013;变异系数为0.43%;平均回收率为98.76%;线性相关系数为0.9933。A quantitative analytical method for Terbufos 3% GR by HPLC using methanol＋water= 90＋10 （V/V） as mobile phase, Kromasil C18 column and UV detector （240nm） was descrided. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the linear correlation of method were 0.013, 0.43%, 98.76%and 0.993 3 respectively.
