长沙地区芍药花芽形态分化研究

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片法观察了大富贵和紫芙蓉2个芍药品种在长沙地区的花芽形态分化进程.结果表明,芍药的花芽形态分化从当年9月中旬开始分化苞片原基,到次年2月中旬雌蕊瓣化完成,历时5个月,整个形态分化过程可以分为7个时期:苞片原基分化期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期、雌蕊原基分化期、雄蕊瓣化期和雌蕊瓣化期.Morphological differentiation process of flower bud from 2 paeonia lactiflora varieties, of Da Fugui and Zi Furong, was observed by paraffin cut section method. The result showed that the morphological differentiation lasted for about five months, which began with bract primordium in middle September and ended with pistil petalody in middle February. The whole progress could be divided into seven phases： bract primordium differentiation phase, sepal primordium differentiation phase, petal primordium differentiation phase, stamen primordium differentiation phase, pistil primordium differentiation phase, stamen petalody phase and pistil petalody phase.
