持续性皮下胰岛素输注治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨持续性皮下胰岛素输注(Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion,CSII)注射在初诊2型糖尿病患者护理对策。方法回顾性分析30例初诊2型糖尿病患者采用CSII的临床特点及护理对策。结果30例初诊2型糖尿病患者经过精心护理后,血糖控制良好,患者生活质量显著改善。结论良好的护理能提高持续性皮下胰岛素输注在初诊2型糖尿病患者治疗水平。Objective To study the clinical effects of nursing in the treatment of newly diagnosed diabetes. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical features and nursing measures of thirty newly diagnosed diabetes patients who were treated with CSII. Results Quality of life in CSII therapy groups had improved by two weeks of nursing, and glucose in therapy group were significantly better than before. Conclusion CSII treating in the treatment of newly diagnosed diabetes was effective for raising the degree of therapy by good nursing.
