摘  要:为了探索选育小麦粘型优良恢复系的简便、快捷方法,采用多元统计分析进行了粘型不育系优良恢复系选择新方法的研究。研究结果表明,在筛选恢复系时不论采用国内法还是国际法所得出的结论是一致的;典型相关分析表明,欲提高F1的恢复度尤其是以国内法计算的恢复度时应重点选择分蘖力强、穗下节间较长、株高中等、穗子不太大的品种或品系;通过逐步回归分析得出了亲本株型性状对F1恢复度(国内法)性状的回归方程,其结果与典型相关分析的结果非常接近,说明用本方程进行恢复度预测是准确可靠的。The selection of good restoring lines to cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) is one of the key links in utilizing of wheat heterosis. The traditional methods of restoring line selection are time consuming because of wide range of test crosses. Here, a preliminary study on the new methods of selection of restoring lines to CMS of K type was reported. In this study, according to the relativity between some traits among crops, the multivariate statistical analysis was employed by means of typical cultivars and/or strains as materials. The results showed, no matter by domestic method or the international one in selection of the restoring lines of this type, through canonical correlation analysis, to enhance the restoring ability to F1 especially by domestic method, we should emphasis on the selection of cuhivars or strains with high power of tillering ear formation ability, longer internode (from base of a spike to the first knot below it), but have middling plant height and spike length. We got the regression equation of the male-parents to the restoring ability of F1 (domestic method) by stepwise regression analysis and its consequence was very similar to the one by canonical correlation analysis. So, it was accurate and credible to forecast the restoring degree of F1 by this regression equation.
