从花培品种的选育谈小麦花培育种策略

摘　　要：为了给小麦花培育种提供参考,根据小麦花培育种特点,从花培育种的田间育种技术入手,就亲本评选、组合选配、后代材料的田间选择等进行了探讨,提出了小麦花培育种的策略:制定明确且较为短期的育种目标;杂交亲本必须农艺性状优良,优点多,缺点少,双亲差异较小;增加接种材料的世代(F2或F3);后代观察鉴定要力求准确,选留标准要具体、明确、适当,遗传力较高的性状如冬春性、抗病性、株叶型、株高、籽粒颜色等的选择可以较严,而遗传力较低的产量性状的选择宜适当放宽。The key procedures conducted in breeding plots including evaluation of parental materials, cross combination, and offspring selection were studied in respect of wheat breeding by anther culture. It has been proved that the strategy of breeding schedule with definite breeding goals in the near future, elite parents with superior agronomy traits, more advanced traits, less disadvantage traits, and little difference between parents, inoculability of F2 or F3 examed and selected in one generation, precise measurement for the floral generations, appropriate standard for selection, strict selection in the characters with high inheritance ability, such as resistance to diseases, plant patterns, plant height and seed colour be less strict selection for traits with low inheritance ability such as seed yield, was practically efficient.
