摘　　要：高科技时代遇到了新的人文境遇,科技与人文激烈冲突是它的主要表现。回应这一新的现实境遇,必须形成和提升道德整合力,提高和张扬人性自觉,建构和拓展多层次人文管理方式,从而促进社会经济增长方式对资源需求的战略转移,保证经济社会的全面和可持续发展。The age of high technology sees the new situation which mainly reflects in the conflict between the science and liberal arts. Facing the new condition, we must construct and promote the integrating force of morality. We must raise and enrich the consciousness of humanity and construct and expand the style of humanistic management in order to promote the strategic shift and sustainable development of economy increasing style.
