摘　　要：随着证券投资基金在我国证券市场的影响越来越大,其健康发展与否牵动着越来越多中国老百姓的心。但在我国证券投资基金业近年快速发展的过程中也暴露出不少问题,本文试图从我国契约型投资基金的治理结构方面进行剖析并提出一些改进的方法,以规范证券投资基金的发展和保护基金份额持有人的利益。With the growing impact of securities investment in Chinese securities market, its sound development would affect more and more Chinese people. Whereas, during the rapid development of Chinese securities investment fund in recent years, many problems have also propped up. This thesis analyzes the governance structures of Chinese securities investment fund, and puts forward ways to improve the situation and to regulate the development of securities investment while protecting the interests of fund share holders.
