摘　　要：探讨了调度综合数据平台的构建与应用技术。以IEC 61970公用信息模型(Common Information Modal, CIM)作为数据交换标准,将CIM映射成关系数据库表的结构,针对异构系统的局部网络模型文件,通过CIM/XML (eXtensible Markup Language)文件格式进行数据交换,最终将数据保存到综合数据平台的拓扑表中,对拓扑表进行拓扑校验并能反向生成局部拓扑模型供其他系统订阅。分析了传统的联机事务处理(Online Transaction Processing,OLTP)技术对海量数据分析处理的缺陷,采用基于数据仓库的决策分析系统体系结构并讨论了几项关键技术,通过该技术的引入,为调度数据分析提供了技术手段。并结合陕西省电力调度中心的情况,探讨了设计和实施过程的主要技术问题,最后得出两点结论。The construction ＆ application technology of integrated dispatch data platform are discussed. By taking IEC61970 common information model （CIM） as data exchange standard, CIM is mapped to the structure of relation database. In the light of local network model document with heterogeneous system, data exchange is realized through CIM/XML document, and store the data in the topology table of integrated data platform eventually. Thus, the topology table can be calibrated and produce local topology model for the subscription of other system. The defect of traditional online transaction processing （OLTP） technology on data treatment ＆ analysis is elaborated, data warehouse based policy analysis system is applied, and some key technologies are discussed. The application of this technology can supply technical measure for dispatch data analysis. Combined with the condition of Shaanxi Electric Power Dispatch Center, the main technical problems in the stage of design and execution are discussed, and two conclusions are made at last.
