山西隰县长尾仓鼠对溴敌隆的敏感性研究

摘　　要：为了测定长尾仓鼠对溴敌隆的敏感度，于2006年9～11月份，在山西省隰县室内进行了无选择性摄食试验．将试鼠雌雄分开，随机分组，按5个不同食毒期摄食0．0003％溴敌隆毒饵，并用Bliss法计算不同食毒期与对应死亡率之间的关系．结果表明：长尾仓鼠对溴敌隆的敏感性没有性别差异（Pb〉0．05，PLFP50〉0．05），故雌雄数据合并计算，得毒力回归线9—3．73＋4．20x．LFP50、LFP98、LFP99及其95％置信限（95％CI）分别是2．00（0．75～5．33）d、6．15（2．08～18．20）d、7．18（2．32～22．23）d．按照wHO新修订的用LFP99取整天数作为抗药性检验食毒期，山西省隰县地区长尾仓鼠对0．0003％的溴敌隆毒饵食毒期超过8d存活，即为产生抗药性．Bromadiolone has been used in epidemic prevention and agriculture field in recent years,but it will make rodent or the community produce resistance to use anticoagulant continuously and largely. Lesser long-tailed hamsters （Cricetulus longicaudatus Milne-Edwards） in Xixian ,Shanxi were hived off the males and females ,and were divided into groups at random from September to November. No-choice tests were carried out using the Bromadiolone bait at concentration of 0. 0003% at six different feeding days to study the susceptibility of Lesser long-tailed hamster to bromadiolone. Using Bliss software,the relevant between death rates and the different feeding days were analyzed statistics. The results were as follow：there was no significance of difference （Pb〉0.05 ,PLFP50〉0. 05） between sex in the Bromadiolone susceptibility. The LFP line was y= 3.73 ＋ 4.20x. On combination of the sex data,LFPS0, LFP98,LFP99 and its 95% fiducial limits for Lesser long-tailed hamster were 2.00（0.75-5.33）d,6.15（2.08-18.20）d,7.18（2.32-22.23）d respectively. According to WHO,the revising standard that the days of LFP99 is made the mark. The Lesser long-tailed hamster of living for 8 days and above in Xixian,Shanxi that was fed the Bromadiolone bait at concentration of 0. 000 3% was the resistant one.
