浅谈贵州民族村落文化景观保护与利用——以花溪镇山布依族村寨为案例

摘　　要：村落文化景观的科学保护与开发利用,是一个综合性的课题,涉及文物、建设、旅游、交通、环保、水利、财政以及当地政府等许多部门,应增强各部门之间的相互沟通,保持认识一致,形成合力,建立一个协调的机构和机制,并通过各种有效措施,使村落文化景观实现可持续发展,使经济建设与民族村落文化景观的保护与利用相互促进,为社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设服务。The village cultural landscape＇s science conservation and the development use, are a comprehensive topic, involving the cultural relic, the construction, the traveling, the transportation, the environmental protection, the water conservation, financial as well as the Local government and so on. Efforts should be made to strengthen the various departments＇ mutual communication, to maintains a consistent understanding, to form the joint effort and establishes a coordinated organization and the mechanism. And through each effective action, the village cultural landscape is to realize the sustainable development, causes the economic development promotes mutually with the national village cultural landscape conservation and the use, serves for the socialism material civilization and the promotion of cultural and ethical progress.
