摘　　要：高校教育资源的稀缺性和传统的人事管理体制,对实施高校教师资源共享提出了迫切要求。高校教师共享是解决高校教师资源短缺的良好途径。但是,目前高校教师共享的运行过程中,出现了低级化、形式化的问题。为此,必须积极寻找响应对策,以期促进高校教师共享顺利发展。Sharing college teaching staff is a good way to solve the problem of college teaching resource shortage, and has been given growing need due to the lack of college teaching resource as well as the traditional personnel management system. However, when operating, problems like ＂low-level sharing＂ and ＂formal sharing＂ have emerged. Therefore, proper counter measures should be taken to promote its sound development.
