摘　　要：本文研究了一类具有Ｎ个一级百货店和一个二级配送中心、顾客需求服从负二项分布考虑部分失去销售（ＰＬＳ）的两级库存系统。文中引入了负二项分布，克服了需求服从泊松或正态分布时在高需求率条件下所建模型的缺陷，构建了系统模型，给出了系统优化控制策略。This paper considers a two-echelon inventory system with N-Identical Stores and One-Distribution CenterThe demands have the Negative Binomial Distribution and partial lost sales (PLS)Most pervious two-echelonmodels have assumed either Poisson or Normal demands,which are poor model for items with high demand ratesWe develop the model and show optimal policies for an inventory systemIt can supply effective decision support
