摘  要:对大兴安岭三种不同林型的土壤微生物区系进行了研究,试图阐明不同林型土壤微生物数量及其分布特征,为研究森林土壤微生物与森林生态系统之间的关系、为大兴安岭森林生态系统的研究和管理提供基本资料和理论依据.结果表明:大兴安岭森林土壤中各类土壤微生物数量的差异很大,其数量关系是细菌>放线菌>真菌.不同森林类型土壤微生物数量和组成比例都有明显差异.土壤中各类微生物的数量随着土层深度的增加而减少,呈现的规律为腐殖质层>土壤表层>土壤层.土壤有机质的含量、土壤全氮的含量与土壤微生物的数量成正相关;土壤pH值与土壤微生物数量成负相关;土壤含水量与土壤微生物数量的关系不明确.Soil microbe flora of three different type forest in indaxinanling had been researched, trying to show the soil microorganism numbers and its spatial pattern in the three different type forest, and to study the relationship between the forest soil microorganisms and forest ecosysterms. And to provide the basic information for/.he research and management of forest ecosystem in. Indaxinanling the results indicated that there were significant changes of microorganism quantity in the forest of. Indaxinanling the microbe flora in the forest soil was com- posed of as follow : bacterium 〉 actinomycetes 〉 fungi. And there were evident difference in the soil hetero- trophic microbe number and composition rates of different forest types. Along with increasing of the soil depth, the microbe quantitative rapidly reduced , namely : Humus layer 〉 forest floor 〉 mineral soil. Soil orgnic matter, Total BI and the number of soil microorganism as a positive correlation, soil pH and the number of soil microorganism as a negative correlation, the relationship of soil moisture and the number of soil microorganism is not clear.
