摘　　要：本文以计算机为主要手段，首先将区划要素用ＧＩＳ理论建立数据库，再作一个基于“种子点”的区划系统，然后根据所划分的经济区的特征，建立综合评价指标体系信息数据库并完成经济区综合优度计算机评价系统。Abstract: The principal objective of this essay is to divide cement-limestone resources economic region in Hui Bei Province and to research the way of synthetical assesstment in guantitative method. Frist:utilizing the main factors of division to creat a date base (this founded on the GIS theory) and division system based on “seeded site”. Second:according to the characters of definited region creat an information base of index system for synthetical assessment and a synthetical superiority assesstment system of economic regions, taking advantage of all the systems and information to find in the super economic region.
