患糖尿病的代谢综合征患者血清抵抗素水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者中代谢综合征(MS)患者血清抵抗素水平,并探讨抵抗素与MS组成成分及危险因素个数的关系。方法随机选取73例住院确诊的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者依据是否符合MS而分为MS组(42例)和T2DM组(31例),正常对照组(NC)25例为健康查体者。酶联免疫检测法(ELISA)测研究对象空腹血清抵抗素水平。结果MS组血清抵抗素水平显著高于T2DM组(P<0.05)及NC组(P<0.01),T2DM患者血清抵抗素水平与FBG、Homa-IR、Fins正相关(P<0.05)。结论伴糖尿病的MS患者血清抵抗素水平升高,且与胰岛素抵抗呈正相关。[ Objective] To investigate the fasting serum resisfin levels in metabolic syndrome patients with type 2 diabetes, and to study the relationship between resistin and the components of metabolic syndrome and the numbers. [Methods] 73 hospital patients diagnosed T2DM were selected randomly and divided into two groups by with or without metabolic syndrome, MS group （42 cases） and T2DM group （31 cases）. There were 25 cases in normal control from physical examination. The fasting serum resistin was measured with Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay in all cases. [Results] The resistin concentration of the MS group was significantly higher than that of the T2DM （P 〈0.05） and NC （P 〈0.01） groups. Positive correlations were indicated between resistin and other items, such as FBG, Fins, Homa-IR in the diabetic patients （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The resistin levels in metabolic syndrome subjects with T2DM were highly increased, and related to insulin resistance.
