摘 要:在管状的氧化钇部分稳定的氧化锆(PSZ)支撑体上制备串联型的固体氧化物燃料电池(SIS-SOFCs)。串联的单电池长度为10mm,有效长度为3mm。通过注浆成型法制备管状的支撑体,烧结后使用浸渍法沉积NiO-YSZ阳极和YSZ电解质薄层并且分别进行烧结。烧结完毕,通过涂抹法制备LSM-YSZ和LSM阴极层并且烧结。每个支撑体上有2个串联的单电池。使用加湿氢气作为燃料,空气作为氧化剂对电池进行性能测试。测试过程中,电池的最高总电压达到2.0537V,750℃时达到的最大功率密度为228.68mW/cm2。电化学阻抗谱显示该电池的欧姆电阻较大,而极化损失是影响电池性能的主要因素,因此,改善电池的结构和优化电极材料将进一步提高电池的性能。Segmented-in-series solid oxide fuel cells (SIS-SOFCs) were prepared on tubular yttria partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ) supports. The cell length was 10 mm, and the active length was 3 ram. By dip coating, deposit Ni-YSZ anodes and YSZ electrolytes on the sintered tubular PSZ supports which are formed by slip casting. After sintering, LSM-YSZ and LSM cathode layers were prepared by slurry method. Each tubular PSZ support has 2 individual cells, which were tested with humidified hydrogen as the fuel (100 mL/min) and air as the oxidant. The result shows that the open circuit voltage (OCV) at 600 ℃ is 2.053 7 V, and the maximum power density is 228.68 mW/cm^2 at 750 ℃.The electrochemical impedance spectrogram (EIS) shows that the ohmic resistance is larger and the dominant loss of SIS-SOFCs is from the electrochemical polarization resistance. So the performance can be improved by optimizing the structure of SIS-SOFCs, and choosing the promising cathode materials with better performance.
