摘　　要：Qform专门用于解决锻造问题,以得到与实际情况相一致的模拟,这个过程需要从数据库中调用相关材料的各种属性参数。将所需材料通过疲劳拉伸实验获得的真应力应变曲线,建立在QForm软件当中,对此种材料的相关成形模拟提供了可靠的模拟依据。The Qform software is designed to solve the problem forging to be consistent with the actual situation of the simulation. In this process, the related material data needs to be called from the database. The true stress strain curve of free cutting steel can be obtained through the weary stretch experiment and established in the QForm software. And it can provide the reliable stimulated data to the forming simulation of this material.
