摘 要:为了使内陆地区得以科学合理地进行无水港建设,以西南地区为对象研究了无水港的选址问题。首先,定性地分析无水港的选址原则,把影响无水港选址的要素划分为经济要素和非经济要素。其次,基于流量法开发无水港的选址模型,该模型以交通量分配模型为核心,使经无水港换装到海港的集装箱的量最大。为了求解模型提出构建综合运输网络模型的方法。最后,针对西南地区进行无水港选址的实际计算,为在贵州省建设无水港提供优化的选址方案。In order to enable the inland area to carry on the land port construction scientifically and reasonably, this paper studies on the location of land port. First, the location principle is analyzed, which divides the land port location factors into two parts, namely the economical factor and the non - economical factor. Second, a land port location model is developed based on the flow method, which takes the traffic assignment model as the main part and aims to maximize volume of the containers transferred from the land port to the seaport. Moreover,in order to solve the model, a method to construct the integrated transport network is put forward. Finally, by taking South - West area of China as the case study area, a numerical test is done,which gives an optimal location pattern of land port in Guizhou Province.
