摘　　要：工程量清单计价模式,有利于业主的投资控制,营造了良好的计价环境,促进企业的发展。现行规范在实施过程中存在一些问题,有待于进一步完善和细化。The mode of bill with quantities evaluating is beneficial to control the project＇ s cost for the own-er and create a favorable pricing environment, it also promotes the development of enterprises. For the existing norms in the implementation process, some problems need to be further improved and refined.
