摘 要:采用国产废纸板(OCC)浆料系统,就造纸湿部环境因素对浆料电荷特性的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明:Zeta电位在酸性范围内增加的幅度大于碱性范围内的,溶胶物质的阳离子需求量的增幅情况与之相反,且在pH值为7时有一明显转折点。打浆度从23°SR提高到31°SR,阴离子溶胶物质的变化幅度将近Zeta电位变化幅度的三倍。硫酸铝会明显降低纸浆体系的Zeta电位和溶胶物质的阳离子需求量,硫酸铝加入量为1.5%时,阳离子需求量为0。The effect of wet-end environmental factors on electric charge in OCC pulp papermaking was studied with the home-made waste paper board pulp system. The results showed that Zeta potential increases more greatly in an acid system than in an alkaline system, the increasing scope of cationic demand of dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) were reverse with an obvious turning point at pH Z When the beating degree increases from 23°SR to 31°SR, the increased scope of cationic demand is nearly threefold of the Zeta potential. Aluminum sulfate can obviously decrease the Zeta potential and cationic demand of DCS; when the dosage of aluminum sulfate is 1.5%, the cationic demand of DSC becomes zero in the OCC pulp.
