摘 要:介绍了可用于高得率浆纤维柔顺性的一种测量方法。利用纤维筛分仪和纤维长度测定仪测定各纤维组分的重均和数均纤维长度,然后对Bauer-McNet纤维筛分的理论长度作图,根据相应曲线的斜率计算得到纤维的柔顺性系数。纤维的柔顺性系数用来表征纤维的柔顺性。A measuring method for fiber flexibility of both chemical pulp and high-yield pulp was introduced. The weighted average and arithmetic average fiber length of classification fractions were measured based on a Bauer-McNett classifier and a fiber length apparatus. The fiber flexibility coefficient was calculated according to the corresponding slopes of the linear regression straight line by plotting the fiber length against the theoretical Bauer-McNett length to characterize the fiber flexibility.
