摘　　要：现代大型造纸机械循环润滑系统正常工作造纸机的首要条件是系统内部必须清洁。尽管润滑元件制造厂家很注意元件的内部清洁,但仍可能含有毛刺、切屑、灰尘和焊渣等污染物;在软管、管道和管接头的安装过程中也有可能将污染物带入系统。本文介绍多压区压光机循环润滑系统的组成和清洁办法。The primary condition for the normal operations of circulating oil system in large-sized modern paper machinery is that the inside of the system must be clean. In despite that the manufacturers of the lubrication components pay much attention to the inside cleaning of the components, there still are such contaminants as burrs, shavings, dusts and welding slags and contaminants may also be carried into the system in the assembly process of pipeline and pipe heads. Therefore measures must be adopted to filter out the contaminants otherwise there may be faults after the equipment being brought into service and some components such as pumps and motors may encounter fatal damage.
