健康疗养员性格类型与QT离散度相关性研究分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康疗养员性格与QT离散度(QTd)的关系。方法采用问卷调查及QTd测试等方法,共测得健康疗养员A型性格者156例,B型性格131例。结果不同性格类型的健康疗养员的QTd有不同改变,健康人群A型性格的QTd明显高于B型性格,这一结果在不同性别、年龄、文化程度的人群中均有反映。结论我们应该重视对疗养员进行心理检查,包括进行性格甄别,尤其对A型性格者的行为危险因素应进行综合干预,以期提高心理素质,预防心血管疾病,从而达到提高疗养质量的效果。Objective To probe the relations of healthy convalescents＇ personality types and QTd. Methods 156 individuals with type A personality and 131 with type B personality were obtained by questionnaires and QTd test. Results People who have different type personalities always have different QTd, and QTd of individuals with type A are higher than those of individuals with type B, regardless of gender, age, or educated-situation. Conclusion We have to pay attention to the mental examination on healthy convalescents, including identification of the personality of each convalescent, and especially pay attention to comprehensive intervention to the behavior risk factors of A type personality to enhance their psychological feature, prevent cardiovascular diseases and achieve the expected effects of recuperation.
