摘　　要：农村剩余劳动力的转移目前仍面临许多困难,影响了农村现代化和农村建设的步伐。本文运用发展经济学的基本理论,对农村剩余劳动力产生的原因进行剖析,进而从几个方面提出了农村剩余劳动力转移的相关途径。There are many difficulties exists in the transfer of rural surplus labor force, and affects the pace of the modernization and construction in the countryside This paper using the basic theory of Development Economics, make analysis on the reason for the production of rural surplus labor force.Eventually,many related approaches must be proposed for the rural surplus labor transfer from several aspects.
